NRW Employment Pte Ltd has completed more than Eight years in the Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW) industry with the support of its loyal customers. NRW Employment Pte Ltd has established a brand for trustworthy and reliable service to all its clients. The founders of the company have experienced the true hardship in selecting the right helper for each family even if they are fresh or experienced. The founders understood that it is essential for the employers to benefit from the MDW continuing into the second year and completing the contract. The NRW team is focussed on training its MDW in its own training centre in India such that they are well groomed, orientated and understand the role they are supposed to perform while here in Singapore. Moreover, they are given basic training in managing infants / children as well as elder care duties. They are also evaluated if they can do basic cooking and housekeeping chores as per employer's expectations here in Singapore. They are briefed about the challenges of working in singapore and how they should adapt themselves so that they can complete two years in Singapore.
Post Covid19 Pandemic, NRW Ensures the MDW are adequately briefed on the safe measures that have been put in place for them and their Employer's families are well understood so that they do not feel constrained and are given guidance on how to cope up in the new environment so that they can complete the two year contract.
